Shrikewood records all flock data on Ewebyte and is a member of the Ontario Sheep Flock Improvement Program.

Shrikewood is a 100 acre working sheep farm situated in the heart of the Land o’ Lakes Region. Located halfway between Belleville and Kingston, just north of Napanee, Ontario, Shrikewood Farm has a flock of about 75 purebred  Rideau Arcotts.

  Why Shrikewood?

 Shrikewood’s name comes from the Eastern Loggerhead Shrike, an endangered bird who nests on the farm. As a result, 17 acres of Shrikewood are designated as conservation land.
